  • Using 485 networking communication, our smoke detectors can significantly reduce the risk of false alarms and missed alarms compared to commonly used switch-type smoke detectors on the market. Switch-type smoke detectors only output two states during their working state: open or closed. Furthermore, when the device malfunctions and cannot function normally, the contacts still only output these two states. This makes it impossible to distinguish whether the switch-type smoke detector is in a fault state or a normal working mode in the monitoring system. In comparison, the advantage of our smoke detectors using 485 networking communication is evident. The system can accurately determine whether the device is in an alarm state, a normal state, or a fault state, and ultimately reflect these three states in the monitoring system software.
