1. Who we are

This website is operated by ARCHIVA SECURE AI - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("ARCHIVA SECURE AI", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.

If you have any questions about this policy or about your personal data, please contact us at info@archiva-secure.ai.

2. Which data we collect

When you visit our website. Our web server and hosting providers automatically process technical information that your browser sends, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure and detect misuse.

When you contact us. If you use one of our forms (contact, "Talk to an expert" or distributor enquiry) or write to us by email, we process the information you provide. Depending on the form, this includes your first and last name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, city, country, website and the content of your message.

Cookies. Our website uses only cookies that are technically necessary for it to function. Details are set out in our Cookie Policy.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on this website.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To make the website available and secure, based on our legitimate interest in operating a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To answer your enquiry, prepare information or quotations and carry out pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where your enquiry is not related to a possible contract, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations, for example tax and commercial record-keeping requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who receives your data

We share personal data only where necessary for the purposes above, with:

  • our website hosting, content delivery and IT service providers;
  • our email service provider;
  • partners involved in preparing a quotation or delivering a project, only where this is needed to respond to your request;
  • authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

Our service providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

5. International data transfers

ARCHIVA SECURE AI is based in the United Arab Emirates. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, your data will be transferred to and processed in the UAE. Some of our technical service providers, including providers that deliver website content, may process data in other countries, including the People's Republic of China and the United States.

Where data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision of the European Commission, we take appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or rely on the transfer being necessary to respond to your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

6. How long we keep your data

Server log data is deleted after a short period, usually within 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, please email info@archiva-secure.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to enquiry data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
