| The hanging plate is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and integrally stamped and formed using molds. It features a hook structure design at both ends, with a U-shaped clamping slot welded in the middle. A clamping structure is required to secure the camphor wood baffle. Two stepped reinforcement ribs are formed by a waist-shaped stretching mold in the middle, and two round ribs are provided at the upper and lower positions of the holes. The hanging plate is bent at right angles at both ends and punched with four convex grooves, allowing the shelf to be embedded on the bent convex shoulder. After assembly, it is flat and firm. The connection between the hanging plate and the column is made by hook clamping, which has high strength and superior load-bearing performance. The inspection report provided should include: yield strength ≤280N/mm2, tensile strength 270~410N/mm2, elongation after fracture ≥33%, hardness ≥4H. | The anti-inertia shelf adopts 7-fold bending technology for enhanced load-bearing capacity, with a thickness of ≥25mm. It requires 4 ribs on the front, 4 ribs on both left and right sides, and a 3mm front edge. The ribs on the front and sides are continuous, and the bending points are required to be free of cuts. The ribs are made using a non-welding, non-disconnecting process to better ensure that the shelf does not deform, with an aesthetic appearance, novel structure, sufficient rigidity, and strong load-bearing capacity. Each layer can bear a load of 40KG on one side. After being fully loaded for 24 hours, the deflection is ≤2mm, and it automatically recovers after unloading.
