Product description: The financial voucher dense shelf is a dense shelf designed for storing accounting vouchers, bills, and other financial archives. It is required to have a simple and elegant appearance, with fine craftsmanship in the shelf body, convenient document access, and good privacy. The shelf body should have dust and rodent proof functions, and the dense shelf should not easily fall off during movement. Standard vouchers measure 240mm*140mm and 210mm*120mm; standard accounting voucher boxes come in sizes of 230*140mm and 250*145mm, with thicknesses of 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm;

Column | cold-rolled steel sheet | δ=1.5mm |
| The column adopts an integrally formed three-sided rounded rib design, with a front width of 50mm and a side width of 36mm. The front features a groove with a width of 25mm and a depth of 2mm. The two ribs on both sides of the column are spaced 16mm apart, and uniformly punched with hanging plate buckling holes, allowing the number of layers and spacing to be adjusted as needed, with a hole spacing of 45mm. The painting and manufacturing process refers to the above [General Technical Standards for Shelves]. | |
signboard | cold-rolled steel sheet | δ=1.0mm |
| The hanging plate is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and integrally stamped and formed using molds. It features a hook structure design at both ends, with a U-shaped clamping slot welded in the middle. A clamping structure is required to secure the camphor wood baffle. Two stepped reinforcement ribs are formed by a waist-shaped stretching mold in the middle, and two round ribs are provided at the upper and lower positions of the holes. The hanging plate is bent at right angles at both ends and punched with four convex grooves, allowing the shelf to be embedded on the bent convex shoulder. After assembly, it is flat and firm. The connection between the hanging plate and the column is made by hook clamping, which has high strength and superior load-bearing performance. The inspection report provided should include: yield strength ≤280N/mm2, tensile strength 270~410N/mm2, elongation after fracture ≥33%, hardness ≥4H. The spraying and manufacturing process should refer to the above [General Technical Standards for Racks]. | |
70% off shelf | cold-rolled steel sheet | δ=1.0mm |
| The anti-inertia shelf adopts 7-fold bending technology for enhanced load-bearing capacity, with a thickness of ≥25mm. It requires 4 ribs on the front, 4 ribs on both left and right sides, and a 3mm front edge. The ribs on the front and sides are continuous, and the bending points are required to be free of cuts. The ribs are made using a non-welding, non-disconnecting process to better ensure that the shelf does not deform, with an aesthetic appearance, novel structure, sufficient rigidity, and strong load-bearing capacity. Each layer can bear a load of 40KG on one side. After being fully loaded for 24 hours, the deflection is ≤2mm, and it automatically recovers after unloading. The spraying and manufacturing process refers to the [General Technical Standards for Shelves]. | |
Camphor wood partition panel | Camphor wood | 18mm |
| Camphor board: Made from 18mm high-quality natural camphor wood logs, camphor wood is inserted between each set of double-sided partitions, with a height requirement of being flush with the hanging boards. The camphor board undergoes slicing, steam drying, and polishing, resulting in a smooth surface, free of burrs and barbs. The board is required to be environmentally friendly, with no other odors except for the original fragrance of camphor wood, and free of harmful substances and heavy metals. A report on the environmental protection grade testing of the board is required. | |
